Chelten Child Development Center, our weekday preschool, is a fun place to be! Children, ages 18 months – 5 years, participate in guided learning activities which allow them to discover things for themselves and learn at their own pace.

Our certified teachers plan large and small group activities to introduce and reinforce new concepts. Daily activities include music, literature, reading readiness, math explorations, nature, art, dramatic play, blocks, and much more. Children develop large motor skills during outdoor play time each day. Field trips and special events enrich our curriculum. During weekly “Kids Konnection,” children gather to sing songs of praise and learn a Bible truth.

From the time your child enters the classroom, our loving staff enfolds him in a safe and caring “family” where he is nurtured and guided. We consider ourselves privileged to be entrusted with these precious little ones.

We offer a variety of options for your child’s pre-school education. Our morning classes run from 9:15 – noon. We also offer full day classes from 7:15 – 5:30. Please call our office (215) 646 – 5596) for more detailed information or to schedule a visit and a tour.

We also offer a half-day or full-day kindergarten and “Camp Jubilee,” our summer camp for school age children. Call the office for dates and enrollment forms. We’d love to welcome your child!
